Replacement barrel and piston kits, checked before fitting or despatch. Pistons are balanced, piston to bore clearance is measured and bores are checked for ovality and taper. If found not to be to our standard they are rejected. We want your engine to be as good as possible.

The Raceco V-form deep sump solves many oil related and cooling problems associated with high performance Guzzi engines. The sump has a central oil pick up to avoid cavitation problems and takes up to 4 litres of oil. This oil volume is sufficient to cool the most powerful Guzzi engines. For outputs of of 120 bhp, heat becomes a real problem and this sump will sove it through a combination of oil volume and the increased cooling area provided by the external oil filter.
