One piece forged stainless steel valves (Austenitic 21/4N, plasma nitride coated with tipped stems). These competition quality valves have been used worldwide since 1986. We have not had any valve failure related problems. These valves are manufactured exclusively for Raceco. Available in 36, 37, 40, 41, 44, 47mm. K-Line interrupted scroll guide liners

Alternative to fitting new guide. Original guide is bored and thin walled liner installed, broached and honed to correct clearance. Special design aids oil retention for low wear properties. Also ensures valve runs concentric in seat. £12.50 plus VAT

Raceco Killer Goose head conversion

Replaces standard 44/37mm valves with Raceco competition quality 49/40mm for square heads. Heads have new unleaded seats and are ported and flowbench tested. The ultimate head for racing and road use. £700 plus VAT Sorry, discontinued

Raceco Twin Plug conversion

Improves bottom end response and fuel consumption, includes replacement head bolts, 10mm spark plugs and plug spanner. Square head conversion also includes re-routing of oil feed, Goodridge oil feed line with stainless fittings and banjo bolts. £150 plus VAT for round heads, £300 plus VAT for square heads.

Raceco Lead Free conversion

We can restore your tired and worn cylinder heads to better than new condition with  a RACECO lead free conversion. Super unleaded fuels now offer higher octane ratings than 4 star leaded. This can stop pinking and give crisper response. Heads are vapour blasted and fitted with K-Line guide liners, RACECO competition quality valves and special hard seats. Three angle valve seats cut in-house on our own SERDI machine. Valve springs shimmed to correct full lift poundage using our RIMAC machine. 3 year unlimited mileage guarantee. £400 + VAT.

Raceco SS2 camshaft


Raceco's SS2 camshaft is a development of the Italian SS (also known as P3) camshaft. The SS2 Cam has more duration and overlap than the old SS but still retains the low down pulling power with the added bonus of extra power at the top end. This is our most popular road cam. It has been fitted with excellent results to everything from Converts to LM5's. This cam requires checking for valve to valve and valve to piston clearances, components may have to be machined for correct fitting. We will fit it for you if you wish.
